* Website support minutes cover anything from new feature requests, content updates, image formatting and uploads,
small design changes etc. Unused support minutes can be carried over for up to 3 months. If it turns out that you will need
a higher level of support than the package you are on, we will help you upgrade to another package. Larger changes like website updates,
design changes etc. will be charged at our hourly rate (currently £30.00 per hour).
** On client’s request, we can introduce advance hosting package adjusted to client’s unique requirements.
This option will be extra charged. We also provide special discounts for clients who host multiple websites with us (3+).

Our support packages do not include the following:
- Completely changing the website design/layout
- Photography or copywriting
- Print design or any other graphic design work
- Any revisions, additions or redesign the client wishes LIMCREATIVE to perform which is not specified
in the support package shall be considered “additional” and will be quoted and invoiced separately. We will advise you if this is the case.
